Plaintiffs bring this class action lawsuit pro se against two individual Defendants.

According to the Complaint, beginning in or around May 2023, Defendants solicited investments via emails, calls, WhatsApp, and Facebook messenger claiming to offer high-return crypto investment opportunities.

The Complaint alleges that Defendants made materially false statements with the intent to induce investment, received and retained funds under false pretenses, and acted in concert to defraud Plaintiff and class members in offering and selling unregistered securities. The Complaint further alleges that Defendants targeted working-class individuals with promises of financial gain and EB-5 visa eligibility, further heightening the predatory nature of the scheme.
