According to the Complaint, Golden Heaven Group Holdings Ltd. has stated that it “manages and operates six properties consisting of amusement parks, water parks, and complementary recreational facilities. [. . .] The parks provide a wide range of exciting and entertaining experiences, including thrilling rides, family-friendly attractions, gourmet festivals, circus performances, and high-tech facilities.”

The Complaint alleges that Defendants throughout the Class Period made materially false and/or misleading statements and/or failed to disclose that: (1) Golden Heaven’s amusement parks are in generally poor condition; (2) Golden Heaven materially overstated the number of visitors to its amusement parks and overall growth prospects, and (3) as a result, Defendants’ statements about its business, operations, and prospects, were materially false and misleading and/or lacked a reasonable basis at all relevant times.

On April 11, 2024, the Court issued an Order consolidating cases and appointing Lead Plaintiff and Counsel. All future docketing was ordered to be done in the lead case 23-CV-10619.

Lead Plaintiff filed an amended Complaint on July 1, 2024. Lead Plaintiff corrected the amended Complaint on July 16. Defendants filed a Motion to Dismiss the amended Complaint on September 13.

On March 3, 2025, the Court issued an Order denying Golden Heaven's Motion to Dismiss.
