Case Status:    DISMISSED
—On or around 09/15/2023 (Notice of voluntarily dismissal)
Current/Last Presiding Judge:
Hon. Susan Illston

Filing Date: August 09, 2023

According to the Complaint, Pollen Mobile LLC is a wholly owned subsidiary of Pronto.ai, Inc., a company that builds autonomous vehicles.

Pollen Mobile LLC was described in a whitepaper as “the first privacy focused, anonymous, decentralized, 4G/5G, open source mobile network enabled by a crypto economy that is owned and operated by its users.” Pollen sold wireless providers radio equipment in exchange for actual money but paid them in Pollen Coin (“PCN”), a crypto token that Pollen minted and which it shortly thereafter sold to investors for cash as well.

The Complaint alleges that PCN was a security when issued and that as a direct and proximate result of Defendants’ unregistered sale of securities, Plaintiff and members of the class have suffered damages in connection with their respective purchases of PCN.

Plaintiff voluntarily dismissed this case on September 15, 2023.
