According to the Complaint, 3D Systems Corp. provides comprehensive 3D printing and digital manufacturing solutions, including 3D printers for plastics and metals, materials, software, on demand manufacturing services, and digital design tools.

The Complaint alleges that Defendants throughout the Class Period made false and/or misleading statements and/or failed to disclose that: (1) 3D Systems lacked proper internal controls over financial reporting; and (2) as a result, 3D Systems' public statements were materially false and/or misleading at all relevant times.

On July 13, 2021, the Court issued an Order consolidating cases and appointing Lead Plaintiff and Counsel. Lead Plaintiff filed an amended Complaint on September 13.

On October 28, 2022, the parties notified the Court that they had reached a Settlement in principle. The parties entered into a Stipulation of Settlement on December 16. On July 19, 2023, the Court granted preliminary approval of the Settlement. On January 4, 2024, the Court granted final approval of the Settlement, including an award of Attorneys’ Fees and Expenses, and entered Final Judgment.
