According to the Complaint, Mohawk Industries, Inc. is a global manufacturer of flooring products.

The Complaint alleges that throughout the Class Period, Defendants made false and misleading statements about Mohawk's sales growth and the demand for the Company's conventional flooring products and reassured investors about the Company's increasing accounts receivable and inventory levels by falsely attributing those increases to external factors like rising raw material costs and inflation.

On March 18, 2020, the Court issued an Order appointing Lead Plaintiff and Counsel. Lead Plaintiff filed a consolidated Complaint on June 29. Defendants filed a Motion to Dismiss the consolidated Complaint on October 27. On September 29, 2021, the Court issued an Order granting in part and denying in part Defendants' Motion to Dismiss.

Lead Plaintiff filed a Motion for Class Certification on January 26, 2022. On November 28, the Court issued an Order granting the Motion for Class Certification.

On January 13, 2023, the parties entered into a Stipulation and Agreement of Settlement. The Court granted preliminary approval of the Settlement on February 3. On May 31, the Court granted final approval of the Settlement, including an award of Attorneys’ Fees and Expenses, and entered Final Judgment.
