According to the Complaint, Roan Resources, Inc. engages in the acquisition, exploration, development, production, and sale of oil and natural gas reserves. It holds interest in the Merge, SCOOP, and STACK plays covering an area of approximately 170,000 net acres located in the Anadarko Basin, Oklahoma.

Plaintiff brings this stockholder class action on behalf of herself and all other public stockholders of Roan Resources, Inc. against Roan and Roan’s Board of Directors, for violations of Sections 14(a) and 20(a) of the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934, and for breaches of fiduciary duty as a result of the Defendants’ efforts to sell the Company to Citizen Energy Operating, LLC.

This case was voluntarily dismissed on May 18, 2020.
