According to the Complaint, Eldorado Resorts Inc. operates as a gaming and hospitality company in the United States.

The Complaint alleges that throughout the Class Period, Defendants made false and/or misleading statements and/or failed to disclose that: (1) several of the Company's executive officers engaged in improper trading with respect to the securities of another publicly traded company; and (2) as a result, Defendants' statements about Eldorado's business, operations and prospects were materially false and misleading and/or lacked a reasonable basis at all relevant times.

On January 2, 2020, the Court issued an Order appointing Lead Plaintiff and Counsel. Lead Plaintiff voluntarily dismissed this case on March 17.
