According to the Complaint, Fusion Connect, Inc. purports to be in the business of cloud communications, cloud connectivity, cloud infrastructure, cloud computing, and managed cloud-based applications solutions. Fusion purports to offer domestic and international voice services to telecommunications carriers worldwide.

The Complaint alleges that during the Class Period, Defendants made false and/or misleading statements in various financial statements which were filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

This case was voluntarily dismissed on June 13, 2019. A related case continues under Docket 19-CV-05362.

On July 23, 2019, the Court issued an Order appointing Lead Plaintiff and Counsel. Lead Plaintiff filed an amended Complaint on December 6.

The parties entered into a Stipulation of Settlement on June 8, 2020. On January 21, 2021, the Court granted preliminary approval of the Settlement. On May 20, 2021, the Court granted final approval of the Settlement, including an award of Attorneys’ Fees and Expenses, and entered Final Judgment.

On February 8, 2022, the Court issued an Order granting distribution of the Settlement funds.
