According to the Complaint, Micron Technology, Inc. purports to be in the business of “innovative memory and storage solutions.”

Plaintiff's law firm issued a press release on January 23, 2019. According to the press release, the Complaint alleges that throughout the Class Period, the Defendants misled investors by failing to disclose that Micron Technology was engaged in a price-fixing conspiracy, and that such unlawful behavior could lead to severe sanctions against the Company.

On April 30, 2019, the Court issued an Order consolidating cases and appointing Lead Plaintiff and Counsel. Lead Plaintiff filed an amended consolidated Complaint on June 15. This case was voluntarily dismissed on October 3.
