According to the Complalint, Wayfair Inc. is an online purveyor of household retail goods.

The Complaint alleges that during the Class Period, Defendants made false and misleading statements and/or failed to disclose adverse information regarding Wayfair’s business and prospects, including that Wayfair had been experiencing significantly diminished demand for its online product offerings and had significantly increased advertising spending to grow sales.

On April 1, 2019, the Court issued an Order consolidating cases and appointing Lead Plaintiff and Lead Counsel. Lead Plaintiff filed a consolidated Complaint on July 1. Defendants filed a Motion to Dismiss the consolidated Complaint on August 30. On July 8, 2020, the Court issued an Order granting Defendants' Motion to Dismiss.
