According to the Complaint, LogMeIn, Inc. provides a portfolio of cloud-based communication and collaboration, identity and access, and customer engagement and support solutions.

The Complaint alleges that Defendants made false and/or misleading statements and/or failed to disclose that: (1) LogMeIn’s business practices had negatively impacted renewal rates for certain of its services; and (2) as a result, Defendants’ public statements were materially false and misleading at all relevant times.

This case was transferred to the District of Massachusetts under Docket 18-CV-12330 on November 6, 2018. On December 10, the Court issued an Order appointing Lead Plaintiffs and Counsel. Lead Plaintiffs filed an amended Complaint on March 1, 2019. Defendants filed a Motion to Dismiss the amended Complaint on April 30, 2019. On October 7, 2020, the Court issued an Order granting Defendants' Motion to Dismiss. Plaintiffs were given leave to amend the Complaint. Lead Plaintiff filed a second amended Complaint on November 11. Defendants filed a Motion to Dismiss the second amended Complaint on December 16. On March 18, 2021, the Court issued an Order granting Defendants' Motion to Dismiss. The case was dismissed with prejudice.
