Inventure Foods Incorporated is a US manufacturer producing a range of savory snack foods.

According to the law firm press release, the filed complaint alleges claims under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. According to the complaint, throughout the Class Period, Defendants made false and/or misleading statements, and failed to disclose material adverse facts about the Company’s business, operations, and prospects. Specifically, Defendants failed to disclose: (1) that the Company lacked adequate internal controls over accounting and financial reporting; (2) that, as a result, the Company’s statements of operations in its fiscal year 2015 results press release contained incorrect figures; and (3) that, as a result of the foregoing, Defendants’ statements about Inventure Foods’ business, operations, and prospects were false and misleading and/or lacked a reasonable basis.

On August 28, 2017, the parties filed a Stipulation of dismissal of this case.
