Platinum Pari-Mutuel Holdings Inc. produces gambling software.

According to the law firm press release, the lawsuit alleges throughout the Class Period, Defendants made false and/or misleading statements and/or failed to disclose that: (1) Platinum Pari-Mutuel’s press releases and financial information lacked veracity; (2) Platinum Pari-Mutuel’s disclosure controls and procedures were inadequate; and (3) as a result, Defendants’ public statements were materially false and misleading at all relevant times. When the true details entered the market, the lawsuit claims that investors suffered damages.

On June 8, 2017, the Court issued an Order appointing Lead Plaintiffs and Counsel. On August 24, this case was ordered administratively terminated pending settlement. The Court issued an Order dismissing the case with prejudice on December 21. On January 18, 2018, Lead Plaintiffs filed a Motion to vacate the December 21 Dismissal Order and to dismiss the case without prejudice. On July 17, Court's Dismissal Order of December 21 was vacated and a new Order voluntarily dismissing the claims without prejudice was issued.
