Gigamon Inc. is an American network visibility and traffic monitoring technology vendor.

According to the law firm press release, the filed complaint alleges that throughout the Class Period, Defendants made materially false and misleading statements regarding the Company’s business, operations, and prospects. Specifically, Defendants failed to disclose: (1) that Gigamon was experiencing reduced product bookings in its North America West region; (2) that several of the Company’s significant customers were deferring purchasing decisions into 2017; (3) that the Company failed to properly include these trends in its financial guidance; and (4) that, as a result of the foregoing, Defendants’ statements about Gigamon’s business, operations, and prospects, including statements about its revenue guidance, were false and misleading and/or lacked a reasonable basis.

On July 26, 2017, the Court issued an Order appointing Co-Lead Plaintiffs and Lead Counsel. Plaintiffs filed an amended Complaint on September 22. On November 6, Defendants filed a Motion to Dismiss the amended Complaint. On July 11, 2018, the Court issued an Order granting Defendants' Motion to Dismiss. Plaintiffs were given leave to file an amended Complaint. On July 31, the Court entered Final Judgment in favor of the Defendants.
