Monaker Group, Inc. is a technology-driven travel company with multiple brands in the leisure travel market.

According to a law firm's press release, the Complaint alleges violations of federal securities laws, Sections 10(b) and 20(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and Rule 10b-5, including allegations of issuing a series of material or false misrepresentations to the market which had the effect of artificially inflating the market price during the Class Period, which is April 6, 2012 through June 23, 2016.

Defendants filed a Motion to Dismiss the case on February 16, 2017. On January 24, 2018, the Court issued an Order granting Defendants' Motions to Dismiss. Plaintiffs were given leave to file an amended Complaint. Plaintiffs filed an amended Complaint on February 22, 2018. Defendants filed a Motion to Dismiss the amended Complaint on March 29. On September 25, Plaintiffs voluntarily dismissed this case.
