Inventure Foods Incorporated is a Phoenix-based maker of chips and other snacks and frozen products.

According to the Complaint, Defendants have violated the Securities Act by issuing Offering Documents that included false statements of material fact, omitted material information, and contained false and misleading mixed statements of opinion and fact that lacked a reasonable basis concerning: the Company's adherence to regulatory laws governing the safe processing of foods; the inadequacy of the Company's quality and safety controls over food manufacturing; and the quality of the Company's manufacturing facilities and capabilities, specifically its Jefferson Facility.

This case was remanded to State Court on August 11, 2016.
