G. Willi-Food International Ltd. ("G. Willi-Food") is a global company that specializes in the development, marketing and international distribution of kosher foods.

According to the law firm press release, the lawsuit alleges that throughout the Class Period, Defendants issued false and misleading statements to investors and/or failed to disclose that: (1) Defendant, along with others, illegally transferred money out of G. Willi-Food; and (2) as a result, G. Willi-Food’s public statements were materially false and misleading at all relevant times. When the true details entered the market, the lawsuit claims that investors suffered damages.

On September 12, 2016, the Court issued an Order appointing Lead Plaintiff and Counsel.

This case was voluntarily dismissed on September 23, 2016.
