Mattson Technology, Inc. ("Mattson") designs, manufactures, markets and supports semiconductor wafer processing equipment used in the fabrication of integrated circuits.

According to the Complaint, the Proxy recommends that Mattson stockholders vote in favor of a Proposed Transaction whereby Mattson will merge with Dragon Acquisition Sub, Inc. and become an indirect subsidiary of E-Town Dragon. The Complaint alleges the Merger Consideration and the process by which Defendants propose to consummate the Proposed Transaction are fundamentally unfair to Plaintiff and the other common stockholders of Mattson.

This case was voluntarily dismissed by Plaintiff on June 7, 2016.
