Aruba Networks, Inc. ("Aruba") is an American company that provides access management, network infrastructure and mobility applications for mobile enterprise networks.

According to the law firm press release, the Complaint arises out of a March 2, 2015 press release announcing that Aruba had entered into a definitive merger agreement with Hewlett-Packard Company pursuant to which Aruba shareholders would receive $24.67 per share in cash (the "Proposed Transaction"). The Complaint seeks injunctive relief on behalf of the named Plaintiff and all other similarly situated shareholders of Aruba (the "Class").

The Complaint alleges that, in an attempt to secure shareholder approval of the Proposed Transaction, the Defendants filed a materially false and misleading Definitive Proxy Statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in violation of the Exchange Act. The omitted and/or misrepresented information is believed to be material to Aruba shareholders' ability to make an informed decision whether to approve the Proposed Transaction.

On January 4, 2016, this case was voluntarily dismissed.
