Global Energy Acquisitions, LLC is an American investment company headquartered in Florida.

The Complaint alleges Defendants and their alter ego entities fraudulently offered unregistered securities for sale in a classic Ponzi scheme. Defendants did this in violation of the registration and anti-fraud provisions of the federal securities laws. The scheme is based upon investors’ purported investments into GEA and Demir Energy so that these entities can finance oil-drilling operations in Kentucky.

Plaintiff filed amended Complaints on August 6, August 18, and October 30, 2015, and on March 12, 2016.

Pursuant to a Stipulation filed by the parties, this case was dismissed and closed on August 19, 2016.
