ServiceSource International, Inc. ("ServiceSource") is an American provider of outsourced inside sales and customer service solutions for enterprises worldwide.

According to the law firm press release, this suit alleges ServiceSource made false and/or misleading statements concerning ServiceSource’s true business condition, enabling certain insiders to sell their ServiceSource shares at artificially elevated prices. The suit claims that the Defendant received millions of dollars in cash bonuses and other benefits as a consequence of this fraud. When these adverse facts were learned by the market, the Complaint alleges that ServiceSource investors suffered damages.

The Court appointed lead Plaintiff and approved the selection of lead Counsel on October 21, 2015.

On March 8, 2017, the Court issued an Order dismissing this case with prejudice.
