Party City Holdco, Inc. is an American retail chain of party supply stores.

According to the law firm press release, the Complaint alleges that Defendants failed to disclose certain risks in the Registration Statement and Prospectus, including the impact on Party City due to: (1) soft consumer traffic trends; (2) the extraordinary performance of the Disney Frozen franchise from the prior year; and (3) the store reset initiative. When the true details entered the market, the lawsuit claims that investors suffered damages.

A consolidated and amended Complaint was filed on April 26, 2016.

On February 1, 2017, the Court issued an Order granting Defendants' Motion to Dismiss. This case was closed.
