According to the law firm press release, the lawsuit alleges that throughout the Class Period, Defendants issued materially false and misleading statements to investors and/or failed to disclose that: (1) Defendant was named as a Defendant in multiple civil fraud litigation; (2) Defendant was co-owner of a company that filed for bankruptcy and was sued as an adversary in that bankruptcy proceeding; and (3) IDI’s Transunion lawsuit could render IDI’s stock worthless. When the true details entered the market, the lawsuit claims that investors suffered damages.

This case was voluntarily dismissed on September 10, 2015.
