Baker Tilly Hong Kong Limited is an accounting and consultancy company in Hong Kong.

According to the law firm press release, "The lawsuit claims that China North East's auditor Baker Tilly Hong Kong Limited, fraudulently issued clean audit reports for China North East's financial statements".

On April 6, 2015, the Court issued an Order appointing lead Plaintiff and approving lead Counsel. Lead Plaintiff filed an amended Complaint on October 13.

On February 24, 2016, the Court issued an Order granting Defendants' Motion to Dismiss. Plaintiffs were given leave to file an amended Complaint, which they did on March 10.

The parties entered into a Stipulation of Settlement on October 5, 2016. The Settlement was preliminarily approved on December 6. On August 10, 2017, the Court granted final approval of the Settlement, including an award of Attorneys’ Fees and Expenses, and entered Final Judgment.

On February 20, 2018, the Court issued an Order authorizing distribution of the Settlement funds.
