EveryWare Global, Inc. ("EveryWare") is an American designer and seller of tabletop and food preparation products for the consumer and foodservice markets worldwide.

According to the law firm press release, the securities class action charges that throughout the Class Period, EveryWare made false and/or misleading statements, as well as failed to disclose material adverse facts about EveryWare's business, operations, and prospects. The Complaint alleges that when this adverse information became known, the Company's share prices declined significantly.

On March 3, 2015, the Court issued an Order appointing lead Plaintiff and approving lead Counsel. Lead Plaintiff filed an amended Complaint on May 15.

On March 30, 2016, the Court issued an Order granting Defendants' Motions to Dismiss with prejudice. Lead Plaintiff filed a notice appealing the Court's Dismissal Order on April 29. On February 21, 2017, the Court of Appeals affirmed the District Court's ruling.
