On or around 03/04/2015 (Notice of voluntarily dismissal)
Filing Date: December 18, 2013
According to the Complaint, it is alleged that throughout the Class Period, Defendants made false and/or misleading statements, as well as failed to disclose material adverse facts about the Company's business and operations. Specifically, Defendants made false and/or misleading statements and/or failed to disclose that there was significant internal discord between the Board and Teva' s senior management during the Class Period (and in particular, significant differences between the Chairman of the Board and the CEO) concerning execution of the Company's strategies, including implementation of the critical Cost Cutting Program. As a result of the foregoing, the Company's stock traded at artificially inflated prices during the Class Period.
On July 8, 2014, an amended complaint was filed.
On July 16, 2014, the Court issued an Order appointing lead plaintiff and approving lead counsel.
This case was voluntarily dismissed on March 4, 2015.

About the Company & Securities Data
"Company" information provides the industry and sector classification and headquarters state for the primary company-defendant in the litigation. In general, "Securities" information provides the ticker symbol, market, and market status for the underlying securities at issue in the litigation.
In most cases, the primary company-defendant actually issued the securities that are the subject of the litigation, and the securities information and company information relate to the same entity. In a small subset of cases, however, the primary company-defendant is not the issuer (for example, cases against third party brokers/dealers), and the securities information and company information do not relate to the same entity.
