On or around 07/21/2011 (Notice of voluntarily dismissal)

Filing Date: December 10, 2010

Mediacom Communications Corp. is an American cable television operator.

According to a press release dated December 13, 2010, the Defendants violated Section 14(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and corresponding Rule 14a-9. In particular, the Plaintiff alleges that the Defendants have issued materially false or misleading statements regarding the proposed acquisition.

According to a Stipulation and Order signed on May 26, 2011 by Judge Cathy Seibel, based on the parties stipulation and agreement, the parties respectfully request that the Court stay all proceedings, obligations, filings, and deadlines in this action, pending adjudication by the Delaware Court of Chancery on whether the proposed settlement be approved.

On May 25, 2011, the parties filed and the Court approved a request to stay the current proceedings pending an outcome in a Delaware Chancery Court case.

The Plaintiff filed a notice of voluntary dismissal with prejudice on July 20, 2011, against all Defendants.
