ADC Telecommunications, Inc. ("ADCT" or the "Company") is an American company that provides broadband communications network and infrastructure products.

According to the Complaint, this is a shareholder class action brought by Plaintiff on behalf of the public shareholders of ADCT against the members of ADCT's Board of Directors (the "Board") for breaches of fiduciary duty, and against the Company and Tyco Electronics Ltd. and its wholly owned subsidiary Tyco Electronics Minnesota, Inc. (collectively "Tyco") for aiding and abetting those breaches, all in connection with approving, entering into, and/or recommending shareholder approval in connection the proposed acquisition of ADCT by Tyco. Plaintiff also brings a claim against ADCT and the Board for their violations of Sections 14(d)(4) and 14(e) of the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934.

On October 19, 2010, the Plaintiff voluntarily dismissed this action with prejudice.
