Hansen Medical, Inc. designs and manufactures medical robotics.

According to a press release dated October 26, 2009, the lawsuit alleges Hansen Medical and certain of its officers violated federal securities laws. According to the Complaint, the Company misstated its revenues and financial results during the Class Period in violation of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.

On February 25, 2010, an order granting motion for consolidation and motion for appointment of lead Plaintiff and approval of lead Plaintiff's Counsel were entered into the Court’s docket.

On May 11, 2010, a Corrected Consolidated Amended Complaint for Violations of the Federal Securities Laws was filed by the lead Plaintiffs against the Defendants.

On June 26, 2010, a Second Consolidated Amended Complaint for Violations of the Federal Securities Laws against the Defendants was filed by the lead Plaintiffs.

On August 25, 2011, the Court issued an Order granting the Defendant's Motion to Dismiss with leave to amend.

On September 28, 2011, the Court reassigned the case to Hon. Thelton E. Henderson.

On October 18, 2011, the Plaintiffs filed their third consolidated amended Complaint.

On August 10, 2012, the Court issued an Order granting in part and denying in part Defendants' motion to dismiss. Plaintiffs were given leave to file a fourth amended Complaint.

On May 9, 2013, the Parties entered into a Stipulation of Settlement. This Settlement was preliminarily approved by the Court on July 25.

On December 5, 2013, the Court issued an Order granting final approval of the Settlement and also awarding attorneys' fees and expenses.

On August 19, 2014, the Court issued an Order authorizing the distribution of the net Settlement Fund.
