On or around 03/14/2012 (Notice of voluntarily dismissal)
Filing Date: August 11, 2009
According to a press release dated August 24, 2009, the Complaint alleges that throughout the Class Period defendants knew or recklessly disregarded that their public statements concerning Align's business, operations and prospects were materially false and misleading. Specifically, the Complaint alleges that during the Class Period defendants failed to disclose or indicate that the Company had shifted the focus of its sales force to clearing backlog, causing a significant decrease in the number of new case starts. Consequently, defendants' misleading statements and omission of materially adverse information rendered their Class Period statements concerning the Company's business, operations and financial prospects materially false and misleading at all relevant times.
On November 13, 2009, an order appointing lead plaintiff and lead counsel were entered into the court docket.
On January 29, 2010, an amended class action complaint was filed by the plaintiffs against the defendants.
On March 14, 2012, a Stipulation was entered into the Court's docket. The parties stipulate to the dismissal of this action with prejudice.

About the Company & Securities Data
"Company" information provides the industry and sector classification and headquarters state for the primary company-defendant in the litigation. In general, "Securities" information provides the ticker symbol, market, and market status for the underlying securities at issue in the litigation.
In most cases, the primary company-defendant actually issued the securities that are the subject of the litigation, and the securities information and company information relate to the same entity. In a small subset of cases, however, the primary company-defendant is not the issuer (for example, cases against third party brokers/dealers), and the securities information and company information do not relate to the same entity.
