Hibernia Foods, PLC manufactures food, primarily branded and private label cakes, ready meals and frozen desserts.

The original Complaint charges the Defendants with violations of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, alleging that Defendants issued false and misleading statements during the Class Period.

On August 30, 2004, the Court entered an Order consolidating cases. On October 15, the Court entered an Order appointing Co-lead Plaintiffs and Counsel.

Lead Plaintiffs filed a consolidated amended Complaint on January 7, 2005. The Defendant PricewaterhouseCoopers filed a motion to dismiss the Consolidated Amended Class Action Complaint on February 22, 2005. On July 26, 2005, the Plaintiffs filed a Corrected Consolidated Amended Complaint. On August 1, 2005, the Court entered the Opinion and Order denying the Defendant’s motion to dismiss.

The parties entered into a Stipulation of Settlement with Defendant PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP on July 17, 2006. The Court granted preliminary approval of the Settlement on September 19. On December 27, the Court entered Final Judgment and dismissed the case with prejudice.
