According to the docket posted on our site, on October 20, 2000, the Court entered the Order by U.S. District Judge Kevin T. Duffy placing the case on suspense docket subject to reinstatement. On August 21, 2003, U.S. District Judge Lawrence M. McKenna dismissed the action without prejudice and without costs. The case was closed.

The Complaint alleges that Duke & Co. and certain of its officers violated the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 by failing to disclose on the transaction confirmations that Duke & Company was a market maker in Renaissance Entertainment Corp. and Paravant Computer Systems, Inc. The Complaint alleges that as a result of these material omissions, persons and entities who purchased Renaissance Entertainment Corp. and Paravant Computer Systems, Inc. common stock during the Class Period described above were damaged.
