The complaint charges SEG and one of its former officers with violations of Section 10(b) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and common law fraud. The complaint alleges that during the Class Period, SEG misrepresented material information concerning a facility in Oak Ridge, Tennessee that was jointly owned and operated by SEG and Molten Metal. As a result of these misrepresentations, Molten Metal's stock price was artificially inflated throughout the Class Period.
