According to a Press Release dated 3/10/97, the complaint alleges that defendants violated the federal securities laws (Sections 10(b) and 20(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and Rule 10b-5) by, among other things, misrepresenting and/or omitting material information concerning its relationship with a certain strategic partner.

According to the docket posted on the site, on July 24, 1997, Judge Kenneth L. Ryskamp signed the Order granting the defendants’ motion to dismiss the class action complaint and granting the motion to consolidate two related actions. On November 10, 1997, a Stipulation of Voluntary Dismissal was entered. On November 13, 1997, the Court entered an Order of Dismissal signed by Judge Ryskamp dismissing the case without prejudice. The case closed without any further action being taken.
