The complaint charges defendants with violations of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. Specifically, the complaint charges CHS and certain officers and directors with artificially inflating the share price of CHS stock by issuing false and misleading statements and omissions. The Complaint further alleges that the defendants violated Generally Accepted Accounting Principles by overstating vendor rebates to the Company during the Class Period, and thereby overstating CHS's revenues and earnings.
