EXCERPT: Travel deals provider Travelzoo Inc. on Wednesday asked a New York federal judge to throw out a shareholder lawsuit alleging its directors lied about the company's finances, arguing the company posted stellar growth in the relevant period. Investors who brought the suit complain the stock price of Travelzoo, which has more than 25 million subscribers who use it to find cheap prices on things like airfare and hotels, fell after the company released a July 21 second-quarter earnings report that did not meet analysts' expectations....
