EXCERPT: A California federal judge on Wednesday dismissed former IndyMac Bancorp Inc. auditor Ernst & Young LLP from a securities class action accusing the accounting firm of concealing IndyMac's perilous financial condition from investors before its collapse. U.S. District Judge George H.
