Judge Philip Brimmer of the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado issued the order Wednesday, consolidating a putative class action filed earlier this month against Level 3 and four top executives with two pending actions that are nearly identical. & The consolidated case is In re: Level 3 Communications Inc.
