COMMON STOCK BETWEEN OCTOBER 29, 2002 AND JUNE 16, 2003, INCLUSIVE, AND WERE DAMAGED THEREBY, AND/OR ALL PERSONS WHO ACQUIRED MEDICAL STAFFING NETWORK HOLDINGS, INC. COMMON STOCK PURSUANT OR TRACEABLE TO ITS REGISTRATION STATEMENT AND PROSPECTUS ISSUED IN CONNECTION WITH ITS APRIL 18, 2002 INITIAL PUBLIC OFFERING, AND WERE DAMAGED THEREBY (THE "CLASS").
