Excerpt: On June 23, 1999, Stull Stull & Brody filed a class action lawsuit in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana on behalf of purchasers of Brightpoint, Inc. ("Brightpoint") (NASDAQ:CELL) common stock. The complaint alleged that defendants made false and misleading statements regarding the financial condition of the Company, including material misrepresentations regarding the discontinuance of Brightpoint's trading division. After nearly two years of litigation, the Court dismissed the complaint.
