announced that a memorandum of understanding has been entered into
regarding the settlement of a previously disclosed securities class action lawsuit
pending in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia
against Harbinger Corporation and certain of Harbinger's former officers and
directors since 1999. Peregrine acquired Harbinger Corporation in June 2000.
