Defendants, therefore, propose that the page limits set forth herein apply to
briefing in both consolidated actions. In proposing these page limits,
counsel notes that defendants anticipate file a single joint brief in each
action. ENDORSEMENT: The Court is happy to learn that the parties believe he
should read more (and some more than others) but this is only 1 case in 300
assigned to the Court. In light of its complexity, defendants
memo and plaintiffs memo in opposition may be 30 pages and the reply may be
15 pages. The same limits are applicable to the derivative action, with the
observation that defendant need not repeat what was said in the securities
