STIPULATION
AND ORDER EXTENDING TIME TO RESPOND TO COMPLAINT: No later than 45 days
following the entry of an Order appointing a Lead Plaintiff, the Lead
Plaintiff shall file an Amended Consolidated Complaint, which Complaint shall
supersede all previous complaints in this action. Defendants shall, no later
than 45 days after the filing of the Complaint, answer, move
or otherwise respond to the Complaint. Defendants shall have no obligation to
answer, move, or otherwise respond to the initial complaint filed in this
action. Lead Plaintiff shall, no later than 45 days after the filing of any
motion to dismiss by Defendants, file and serve its response to the motion to
dismiss. Defendants shall, no later than 30 days after the filing by Lead
Plaintiff of its response to Defendants' motion to dismiss, file and serve

Magistrate Judge Cott and, although a settlement
agreement was not reached at that time, the parties agreed to a schedule a

has now been scheduled for December 2, 2010. Lead Plaintiff will promptly
inform the outcome of the follow-up mediation session, and if the parties do
not reach a settlement, Lead Plaintiff will submit a revised proposed case
management order as soon as practicable Court of the. ENDORSEMENT: If
necessary, the revised case management schedule should be submitted by
