to Intervene. The Board of Govenors of the Federal Reserve System's motion to
intervene (Dkt. No. 110) is GRANTED for the limited purpose of asserting and
defending the bank examination privilege. Any other agency intending to
assert the bank examination privilege shall move to intervene for the same
limited purpose on or before August 15,2011. Any agency asserting the
privilege shall submit a memorandum of law, not to exceed twenty pages,
setting forth the applicability of the privilege and the reasons why it
should not be overridden on or before August 15, 2011. The agency shall at
the same time make any allegedly privileged material available for in camera
inspection. Plaintiffs may, if they choose, submit on or before Friday,
August 26, 2011, a single reply not exceeding fifteen pages to any such
memoranda that are filed. Plaintiffs are directed to serve a copy of this
