entry. Defendants shall file their responsive pleading on or before
12/10/2010. In light of this Order and the anticipated Motion to Dismiss by
Defendants, the Court STAYS all discovery pursuant to the PSLRA. The Court
also finds that a Case Management Conference is premature at this time.
