Case No.: C-97-1622 CW
[filed Jun. 19, 1998]

Date/Time: To be decided on the
papers

PLAINTIFF'S REPLY IN
SUPPORT OF THE COURT'S
INTENDED RULING DENYING
MOTION TO DISQUALIFY
PLAINTIFF'S COUNSEL

The Proposed Pro-Plan Intervenors have failed to present any comprehensible argument or any evidence against the Court's accurate finding "that there is no longer a basis for asserting that the Mills Law Firm represents interests in opposition to those of some of their past or present clients." See Order, filed May 29, 1998, p. 2, lines 16-19. Plaintiff therefore respectfully requests that the Court's intended ruling denying the motion to disqualify plaintiff's counsel be entered.
