Conclusion: According the Order and Judgment entered on February 29, 2000, U.S. District Judge William H. Orrick approved the Plan of Allocation and granted the order dismissing the case. On February 28, 2000, Judge Orrick granted the motion to award plaintiffs’ counsel attorney's fees of 25% of the settlement fund, with interest plus expenses in the sum of $96,704.83. The original complaint charges Leasing Solutions and certain of its officers and directors with violations of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. Specifically, the complaint alleges that defendants made material misrepresentations about the financial condition and operating performance of Leasing Solutions.
