Defendants TCSI Corporation, Roger A. Strauch, Daniel H. Miller, John C. Bolger, Ram A. Banin, William A. Hasler, David G. Messerschmitt, and Paul A. Farmer (collectively, the "TCSI Defendants") respond to the request of Alexander Van Broek to appear by telephone or to adjourn the hearing date.

The TCSI Defendants have no objection to Van Broek appearing by telephone. However, they strenuously object to adjourning the hearing date.

This Court certified a class in this action on June 13, 1998, and notice was sent to the class well before Van Broek's counsel filed his notice of appearance.1 Notice of this hearing was ordered to be sent out over one month ago. Van Broek provides no reason why he cannot be adequately represented by a telephonic appearance.
