Conclusion: According to the closing Order, dated March 2002, U.S. Magistrate Judge Edward A. Infante of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California granted final approval to a $500,000 cash settlement in a securities class action against former officers of Nuko Information Systems, Inc.

According to a Press Release dated 5/23/97, the Complaint charges defendants with violation of Section 10(b) of the Exchange Act and Gorman with violation of Section 20(a) of the Exchange Act in connection with, among other things, their dissemination of materially false and misleading press releases and public statements concerning the financial results for Nuko's fiscal 1997 first quarter ended March 31, 1997.
