I, Ignacio E. Salceda, declare as follows:

1. I am associated with the firm of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, counsel to defendants NetManage, Inc., Zvi Alon, Walter Amaral, Uzia Galil, John Bosch, Robert Williams and Richard Koretz in the above-captioned litigation. I am admitted to practice in California and before this Court. I have personal knowledge of the facts set forth herein, and if called to testify, could and would testify competently thereto.
